Shipping methods: all items will ship by UPS except the island and billiard style fixtures that are 28’’ and larger. These are shipped by truck on a pallet. When you receive your custom tiffany please inspect the carton for damage, if any damage is visible, or for truck shipments if carton is not palletized please note this on the delivery slip before signing so your copy and the trucking companies copy is noted with a description of the damage. This is the only way we will be able to place a claim on your behalf.

If  when you take your custom tiffany out of the carton it is damaged in any way please contact us immediately. We will ask you to send us a photo of the damaged item and the carton.

Order cancellations: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, after that you may cancel your order if we have not yet started to produce it, (contact us to check on order status), once we start to produce it we can not cancel your order as each item is made custom for each order.
